DJ + Erin :: A New Orleans Wedding!

What a journey we’ve gone through. I guess it’s because we did the full cycle plus extra. We had the actual meeting, then an engagement session, then a bridal session. That equals to a lot more calls, emails, and texting. (by the way, you text a LOT faster now then you did 6 months ago Erin!) hahaha. Everything we did were small stepping stones leading up to the big day. This day! =) It was a pleasure getting to know you guys. You are such an amazing and radiant couple and it shows in your pictures. Congratulations to Dj and Erin!

Andy & Paige Engaged!

Wow, Andy and Paige met up with me in Baton Rouge. They drove in from Houston that morning, got Paige’s makeup done, and went straight to the shoot. I couldn’t tell if they had any car-lag at all because this couple was so energetic. We did a lot of walking, they did a lot of cracking up on each other (thank goodness you guys left me out of your jokes), we mixed in a few grungy fashion shots.
By the end of the shoot, they went from… “hey, this picture looks good” to, “Got da*n this sh*t looks eff’in good!” I wonder if you even caught that Andy? It’s ok… the comfort level! hahaha.

I can totally see this as a magazine ad for a pair of jeans!

Hung & Trang’s Pre-Wedding!

Boy, talk about being on asian time. You guys took that to another level! =p Just playing, thank goodness you guys photograph well. Your hair and makeup looked gorgeous! We would have gotten in more shots if we would have hired a better veil tosser though. I guess that’s what we get for getting a girl that just came over from Vietnam. JK THU! hahaha. Thanks for your help. Congrats to Hung and Trang, see you guys in 3 weeks.

This one was hands down my favorite shot of the day. Look at those sexy lips! Oh, your lips looked good too Trang =)

Erin’s Bridal Session!

Ive been DYING to show off this bridal session! Erin has the most amazing eyes! I wouldn’t have been able to pull this session off without a little help though. So I have to give a proper shout out to Jeannine, who is an Aveda Stylist and Makeup artist (Lakeside Mall), and her sister Emily who was also the MoH (Maid of Honor). Little did they know, Jeannine would end up being my lighting assistant and Emily, a professional VT! (Veil Tosser) =) Wedding will be posted soon!
